Grape variety: Sangiovese
Vineyard age: 25 years
Altitude: 250/300 m a.s.l.
Vinification: in temperature-controlled cement tanks with frequent but brief pumping over.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux of 2nd and 3rd passage.
Organoleptic characteristics: deep ruby red with purple reflections, the nose highlights notes of blackberry and underbrush. On the palate it is enveloping, round and savory, with a vanilla finish accompanied by a good acid note.

Aging: 18 months in French oak barriques of 1st and 2nd passage.
Organoleptic characteristics: deep ruby red with garnet reflections, the nose shows notes of red fruits, spices and vanilla. The palate is delicate but full-bodied, with a lingering aftertaste.

IGT Toscana Red "emme"
Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard age: 20 years
Altitude: 250/300 m a.s.l.
Vinification: in temperature-controlled cement tanks with frequent but brief pumping over.
Aging: 24 months in French oak barriques of 1st and 2nd passage.
Organoleptic characteristics: deep ruby red with purple reflections, on the nose there are immediate notes of green pepper and licorice. The palate is soft with clear notes of ripe fruit and vanilla.
IGT Toscana White "Ronroco"
Grape variety: Malvasia Lunga del Chianti
Vineyard age: 50 years
Altitude: 250 m a.s.l.
Vinification: maceration on its skins in concrete tanks.
Aging: in porcelain amphora with weekly botonnage for 4 months.
Organoleptic characteristics: amber yellow, the nose has clear notes of citrus and yellow flowers. The palate has good acidity, body and a slight tannic note.
Chianti Classico DOC Vinsanto
Grape variety: Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca
Lunga del Chianti
Vineyard age: 50 years
Altitude: 250 m a.s.l.
Vinification: the grapes are placed to dry in fruit lofts. Once the optimal concentration is reached, they are pressed in January.
Aging: after pressing, the juice placed to ferment in 50-liter, sealed kegs. After 48 months the
sealed kegs are opened.
Sensory characteristics: amber color with golden reflections. On the nose, scents of spices, cinnamon and clove of almonds and dehydrated fruit: fig, apricot and raisins. In the mouth, the enveloping sensation of alcoholic and sugary notes, accompanied by remarkable viscosity, supported by a good acidic component.

Sensory Profile:
Medium-intense fruitiness, with balanced notes of bitterness and pungency.
The aroma of green olives and fresh grass gives it a delicate and harmonious taste.
The varieties grown are those typical of the local tradition: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino.
