The organic farm and our roots

Twenty hectares and a great project

In a dominant position above the village of Pianella, in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga and 10 km from Siena, the farm Pensieri di Cavatina was born in 2018.

We cultivate our land with passion according to the principles of organic farming, taking care of every detail with an artisanal approach, where every operation is performed by hand and with the help of small mechanization.

Extra virgin olive oil

From the traditional varieties of olive trees in this area of Tuscany comes an aromatic and fragrant extra virgin olive oil.

The wines, the Chianti Classico

In the Chianti Classico area, 6.5 hectares of vineyards for a production according to tradition of 20,000 bottles per year of white, red and vinsanto wines.
