Wines & Vineyard

Where Tuscany is Bottled

The Pensieri vineyard grows at 250–300 metres above sea level, in the hills of southern Chianti
Classico. Our oldest vines are half a century old; all are farmed organically, and every bunch is
picked and selected by hand. In the cellar: French oak, steel and patience.

The Estate

Inspired by generations of Tuscan winemaking.

From an olive grove of Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino we press an extra-
virgin oil of medium-intensity fruit, its bitterness and pepper in balance. It
accompanies every meal at Pensieri - and it travels well.
