In the picturesque surroundings of the Chianti Classico hills, Pensieri di Cavatina welcomes you to this magical area.

We are a farm with a fine restaurant and finely furnished rooms, covering 20 hectares close to Siena. The love we have for this area has guided us, since 2019, to recover the company structures, now ruins, and give them new life. The typical farmhouses of the Tuscan countryside have been transformed into comfortable and finely furnished environments, surrounded by the Chianti Classico hills. The nearby countryside, rich in rows of vines and lush olive trees, gives us excellent wines and precious extra virgin olive oil every year.

Our organic products are created with respect for traditions and the environment and can be enjoyed, together with delicious dishes of Tuscan cuisine revisited in a modern key, at the Pensieri restaurant where our Chef, Francesco, will guide you on this delicious journey to discovery of ancient and new flavours.

Relaxing and serene stay
Stunning location, immersed in the Chianti hills. The view is beautiful, at any point and tranquility reigns supreme. Excellent, well-kept place to regenerate and get away from normality for a bit. The wines they produce and the culinary offerings they offer are also truly excellent. In short, it is impossible to find a flaw, plus the kindness and helpfulness of the staff complete everything, giving you a stay to remember. We will definitely be back.

I stayed with my boyfriend for the weekend, and we found the overnight stay at Pensieri di Cavatina truly exceptional. The well-kept rooms, the welcoming staff and the excellent food. We ate delicious vegetable soufflés and an exceptional lasagna and also delicious desserts. It really is a perfect place to spend days of relaxation and well-being, we will return.

The place is wonderful, the structure is very elegant, immersed in a suggestive and romantic landscape. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, friendly and helpful staff.

I am not exaggerating in saying that it is an exceptional structure and we will certainly return, perhaps in the spring. Everything is taken care of, from the exterior to the interior. We stayed two nights, the rooms were perfect in every detail, with courtesy kit and slippers (usually found in 4 star hotels). Excellent room cleaning. The place is a few km from Siena but ideal for spending days in total peace and relaxation. The restaurant was excellent: we stayed for dinner both evenings. The staff were very welcoming but never intrusive.

Spectacular place, made even more magical by the professionalism and availability of the staff who immediately made us feel at home. The structure, totally renovated and with modern furnishings, is impeccable, with rooms equipped with every comfort and splendid views of the hills. We tried tasting the excellent wines of the area and the muscle awakening/yoga activity. It's difficult to say what we liked most, but we will definitely be back! Super recommended!
